Welcome to Merit Homecare

Merit Homecare is a family run care provider established in 1996, operating in Newcastle and Northumberland in the North East and in Cambridgeshire and Peterborough in East Anglia. Our organisation consists of 4 Branches, working with local authorities and private clients to deliver care services suited to the needs of each individual we work with.

People of all ages should have the best chance to remain living in the comfort of their own home for as long as possible when everyday things become difficult due to ageing, disability or any medical condition.

Within our service we work with individuals and their families with the aim of providing the highest level of care to the individual to support them in every day life. We enable and encourage them to continue living independently in their own home, or in a home from home environment.

Once our services have been requested, we meet with each individual to understand their needs and preferences. We can then tailor the care and support we provide on an individual basis in order to ensure we deliver person centred care.
